Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from HopDial, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from HopDial at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in by submitting a web form, texting a keyword to our business number, verbally providing consent during a phone call, or providing written consent.
Types of Messages: Messages may include:

- Appointment reminders and installation scheduling

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Recurring messages may be sent. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your account activity and preferences.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. HopDial does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from HopDial unless you re-opt in.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Sharing with Third Parties: We will not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in delivering messages, but only to facilitate the messaging service.
Minor's Privacy: Our SMS messaging program is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
