The Challenge
Kinder Academy, a 4-Star Keystone Stars rated pre-school founded in 1994, needed a phone system that could scale across five Northeast Philadelphia locations while providing paging, intercom, and secure door access for each facility.
The Solution
HopDial implemented a hosted VoIP solution at Kinder Academy's largest location in 2016, then expanded to all additional sites. Each location received phones in every classroom, office, and community space. Ceiling-mounted speakers were integrated for paging and announcements. Cordless phones allow staff to remain connected throughout the facility, including outdoor play areas. Extension-to-extension calling connects all Kinder Academy sites at no additional cost.
