Challenges We Solve
Campus Safety & Emergency Communication
Aging intercom systems and disconnected buildings make emergency communication slow and unreliable. HopDial integrates phone systems with intercoms, paging, and electronic locks for unified safety protocols.
Tight School Budgets
Schools need enterprise-grade features without enterprise pricing. HopDial delivers fully-featured VoIP, auto attendants, and district-wide connectivity at rates designed for education budgets.
Multi-Building Connectivity
Managing phone systems across multiple school buildings is complex. HopDial provides one unified platform with centralized management for entire districts.

Paul Robeson Charter School
Trenton, New Jersey
A network of charter schools serving grades 4-8 deployed HopDial across every classroom and office, integrating phones with intercom, paging, bells, and security door locks.
The Challenge
Paul Robeson Charter School needed a reliable communication system that could connect classrooms, administrative offices, and hallway speakers across multiple buildings — while also integrating with their security door locks and emergency notification workflows.
The Solution
HopDial implemented a hosted VoIP solution across the entire school network starting in 2013. Every classroom and administrative desk received a HopDial phone. The system was integrated with ceiling-mounted speakers for paging and announcements, hallway loudspeakers for bell scheduling and live pages, and electronic door locks controlled directly from phone handsets. Custom pre-configured emergency messages were set up to trigger speakerphones, activate sirens, and arm door locks from any phone on the system.
